Volunteer Help Scheme

This scheme is intended to provide voluntary help for those most vulnerable, frail or have mobility difficulties and who have no other source of help.

Basic gardening tasks is grass cutting and hedge trimming within reasonable Health and Safety Guidance.

There are guidelines that we work within e.g. If you require these services annually there is a cost of £80 per year paid by invoice or via cheque payable to Volunteer Centre Dorset. For further information please contact Grace on volunteer@volunteeringdorset.org.uk

For one off tasks we ask for £20. For example:

• Moving of furniture (within reason)
• Bed Moves
• Hospital Referrals
