Public Health Dorset - Thriving Communities Survey

Voluntary support in our communities makes a big difference to how our residents feel, particularly those who are older or isolated. We know that there is brilliant support offered by community groups in many areas of Dorset.
 

If you are involved in or know about any voluntary work that improves the lives of older people in your community within the Dorset Council area, please let us know by answering some questions in this survey. It should only take you around five minutes to complete.
 

Your answers will inform Dorset Council's Thriving Communities project, helping us understand how we can support others to do similar things and making Dorset a great place to live for older people.
