Roles & Responsibilities of Trustees
This practical session will cover the legal responsibilities laid on trustees by the Charity Commission, and will also look at the realities of juggling this role with the other tasks and responsibilities trustees of small organisations take on. We will look at how trustees manage to take oversight and manage the organisation effectively, together.
