Recruit, Retain, Reward Volunteers

Recruiting, Retaining and Rewarding volunteers are three areas which can present a challenge for voluntary groups and organisations. This session will look at these areas in more detail.

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Identify effective recruitment messages and methods to reach a diverse volunteer pool
• Understand what motivates volunteers and how to create a positive volunteer experience
• Apply retention strategies that build satisfaction, loyalty, and longevity
• Implement meaningful recognition and reward approaches (non-financial and financial)
• Create or strengthen your own volunteer involvement action plan
