Volunteers needed at the Space Youth Project

Share

The Space Youth Project provides a safe and supportive environment for young people of the LGBTQ+ community.
It creates fun opportunities for young people to learn, grow, build friendships and enjoy their lives. It provides support, help and guidance with sympathetic awareness and open mindedness.

The Space Youth Project are looking for volunteers to work directly with young people, helping them to develop their social education by providing a range of activities, programs and services. You will have the opportunity to build trusting and professional relationships with young people by assisting in the provision of advice and support. There will be the opportunity to support group work which enables young people to work constructively with others. You will be providing a safe space for young people to be themselves without judgement or discrimination.

If this sounds like this is for you and you are keen to work with the LGBT+ community, develop your skills through training opportunities and be a part of a dynamic team, please click on the button below to find out more.
