Wellbeing Volunteer at Dementia Support Group in Sherborne

Could you give a couple of hours a week to help at Age UK North South West Dorset's CST (Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) group at Abbey View Care Home on a Tuesday between 1.45pm and 3.15pm?

This course is designed for people with early to mid-stage dementia, providing structured activities to help memory and improve wellbeing. Your role would be to support the member of staff leading the group and get involved when appropriate. These groups are fun, with quizzes, music, discussion and practical activities.
