We are looking for volunteers to support patients at both locations to access the LiveWell Dorset service.
LiveWell Dorset is a free service, funded by Public Health Dorset which supports individuals to move more, drink less, stop smoking and maintain a healthy weight by delivering digital and telephonic support.
