Help make our Volunteer Awards Evening happen

Share

24th September 2019

Every year we hold a Volunteer Awards Evening which celebrates and recognises volunteers across Dorset. Volunteers, selected by their peers, are invited to an evening of celebration which includes a light buffet, local music, and non-alcoholic drinks. We invite V.I.P guests to present prizes including our patron Lady Emma Fellowes, The lord Lieutenant of Dorset, plus others. The event is inspiring and emotional and is a way of recognising the importance of volunteering and how the work of a wide range of individuals support the communities within Dorset. It is hugely important to formally recognise the impact volunteering makes.

In order to make this evening a success, we need to raise £2,000. This will be spent on catering, decorations, venue hire, marketing resources and entertainment. Any help would be greatly appreciated
