This Community Links Network meets each quarter, bringing together people working in voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations, alongside local health, social care and local council partners, to share updates, build connections and collaborate on local priorities. By coming along, you can access useful information, form new partnerships receive training and help shape stronger, more joined-up support for your community.
