Carer’s Day Out Awards/Funding 2013
Groups and charities that specifically work to support carers in the South and West can apply for funding of up to £400 from The Co-operative to support the delivery of a day out, or an activity for carers (and those they care for if applicable) to participate in.
The funding will be allocated in 2 rounds. To apply you can fill in the following application form and send it, by email or post, to The Co-operative Group. You will need to have sent it before 17th March 2013 for consideration in April (if your event is to take place in June, July, August or September) or by 17th May 2013 for June consideration (for events in August-December).
